We're rooted in the strong morals and beliefs instilled in us by our founder Mario Scuka. We have always believed in family balance (no working on Saturdays), and giving back to the community. Working with not-for-profit societies is some of our most fulfilling work. Knowing we're helping house people is so important to us. Everyone deserves a home, it's that simple.

We're a construction company, and we love using our powers for good. We are honoured to work with BC Housing and other housing societies. BC Housing's mission is "making a positive difference in people's lives and communities through safe, affordable and quality housing" and we couldn't agree more.
We're so humbled to have helped BC Housing deliver over 2000 units to families in need. We're always trying to figure out ways to get more families housed. We've said it before, and we'll say it again, everyone deserves a home, and we're happy to help in any way we can.
For us, what we do is more than just building homes for people, we want to make sure to empower people who don't have the financial means to be able to purchase a home. Some people can qualify for a mortgage, but don't have liquid assets for the downpayment, which can be a huge barrier to purchasers, especially first-time home buyers.
We're proud to say we were the first partner in Canada to deliver a down payment grant program for housing purchases. This was accomplished through negotiating partnerships with trades and suppliers, as well as working with CMHC for program approval.
This grant structure afforded several families the ability to own homes who would have otherwise been denied funding. We believe innovative programs like this allow projects to thrive and empower families to become home owners.
Honestly, we couldn't do what we do without our trades partners. They are our partners in crime that help us bring projects to life. That's why we honour them with Trades Day, a day where we pull out a BBQ and cook them a hard-earned meal.
