Design-Build Contract

Design-Build is a contract option where we manage and create the design of your project. You might have an idea but no land, or financing but no idea or land, wherever you are in the development stage if you don't have a design we'll provide one for you. Once the design is approved we'll complete the Pre-Construction Phase, finalize pricing, and provide you with a lump-sump cost for the project. We then move forward into the construction phase.

When you engage in a Design-Build Contract, we take care of the designs and everything that entails. This means that you don't have to engage and manage various contractors such as architects, because we take care of that for you. You only have one point of contact, and that's us. Ultimately streamlining the process for you.

The lump-sum nature of this contract means we provide you with the cost of the project and it falls on us to get the project completed within the stipulated price. We manage every aspect of the project including the financials and assume any risk of cost increases to the project with exception to client-driven change orders.
